01.

Checklist before Production.

Before production, we need samples from customers to ensure that the following characteristics are correct.

including:

  • Bottle appearance design: We design the pattern according to the customer’s needs.( All bottle designs need to be confirmed and signed by the customer)
  • Bottle size: 330ml, 500ml, 800ml, 1500ml
  • The size of the cap: make sure the cap matches the bottle
  • Label size: make sure the label fits the bottle size
  • Preform size and type, etc.: so that the corresponding preforms can be purchased in China for a trial run after Production.
  • Component brands: confirm the electrical configuration required by the customer
  • Nameplate: confirm the design of the nameplate on the machine, in the specified language
  • Layout: ensure the layout of the production line fits the customer’s blueprint and maximize the utilization of the plant space.

02.

Production

During the production process, we will provide weekly updates to our customer. As a result, clients are always kept up to date on the latest developments in production.

Furthermore, we carefully test and adjust various machines depending on the bottle type and each client’s favorite bottle preforms. Different bottles and bottle preforms can make a significant difference in filling equipment and blowing equipment.

Customers may be perplexed to switch back and forth between numerous bottles and preforms. These transitions require expert technical assistance; otherwise, customers can easily cause quality issues and damage the equipment as a result of incorrect setup and usage.

We repeat the procedure numerous times and carefully film each step. This ensures that the customer is completely confident in future production and maintenance since he or she understands every aspect.

After Production

It took 1 month to get all of the equipment in order after I’d finalized everything. The client accepted the ready beverage filling machine and other related equipment.

After the machine has completed production, it should be tested for 72 hours of operation. Customers then usually send engineers or technicians to our factory to inspect the goods and gain free technical training. This is a fantastic alternative for customers to learn 100% about the product’s quality and learn how To use and maintain the beverage filling line and bottle blowing line correctly.

Customers, however, are unable to come to us due to the pandemic. We recorded complete videos of the inspection and gave them to the customer as a way of reassuring them.

Including:

  • Running the machine with different bottle preforms.
  • Brands of appliances for each part of the machine
  • How the machine switches between different bottles and preforms

Finally, we succeeded in gaining the client’s confidence and passing the whole beverage production line acceptance because to our thorough, realistic, and convincing information. We also received the final payment from the customer.

04.

Shipment

To ensure that the beverage filler was delivered securely to the customer and to maximize client savings on shipping expenses. We’ve assigned a long-term shipping provider to help our customer receive the best price for two 40HQ containers, which took around 2 months to ship from one end to the other.

Due to the complicated customs clearance procedures in Russia, we developed the container layout with particular attention to customs clearance. Every location is labeled one by one with the customer’s name so that when the customs inspects the container for inspection, he or she can be the first to point out which machine is installed in that position.

05.

After-sales service

For industry equipment like beverage filling processes, production and delivery are only the beginning. When a client receives an industrial equipment item, the nightmare begins if there is no effective after-sales service. We must also enhance technical support after sale in order to ensure that our clients may operate iBottling’s beverage filling machines smoothly and worry free!

We provided comprehensive step-by-step installation instructions and videos. The customer completed the installation of the entire beverage production line without requiring assistance from an engineer, based on what we supplied.

Then he emailed us a video of the machine being installed. Since then, the entire beverage production has been running very smoothly and effectively. The client has given iBottling a lot of praise since the installation was completed!
